Ganache Filled Raspberries

Raspberries have a soft, delicate texture. The ganache filling matches that and makes these raspberries simply melt in your mouth. They are a fun snack or treat, or a delicious garnish on your ice cream sundae or other dessert.

1-2 dry pints fresh raspberries

For the Ganache:
¾ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
dash of sea salt
9 oz bittersweet chocolate (chips OR a bar chopped into small chunks)
