Garden Vegetable Dip

This dip is easy to make ahead. Let the flavors blend in the refrigerator for at least one hour and preferably overnight. Serve with crackers, a vegetable platter, or tortilla chips. This stuff tastes amazing!

1 – 8-ounce package of cream cheese – softened
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup red bell pepper – minced
1/4 cup green bell pepper – minced
1/4 cup carrot – minced
1/4 cup broccoli – minced
1/4 cup red onion – minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and black pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Use the back of a fork to smash down and combine all the ingredients until they are well blended. Refrigerate at least one hour (overnight would be better) to let...
