This is amazing rice. The almonds give it texture, the garlic gives it flavor and the Craisins give just the right amount of sweetness. A perfect accompaniment for any dish!

2 teaspoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, pressed
1 cup uncooked basmati rice
2 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper, to taste
2-3 tablespoons toasted almonds
2-3 tablespoons Craisins
