Garlic Cheese Bread Spread

This delicious spread can be frozen in an airtight Tupperware until ready to use. I typically make a full batch and freeze half so it stays fresh. Take it out of the freezer and transfer to the fridge a day or two before you plan on using. The cheese spread can also be added to a baked potato and put under the broiler.

1 pound grated Cheddar cheese
2 ounces grated Romano cheese
1-½ pounds butter, room temperature
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Hungarian sweet paprika
