Garlic Parmesan Alfredo Sauce

A flavorful Alfredo sauce the whole family will love. It can be made dairy-free too!

1/2 cup butter of Earth Balance Buttery Spread
1/2 cup Coconut milk cream* or heavy cream
1 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Cheese, grated/powder (not the shredded)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon parsley
Place butter and coconut milk into a pan. Heat over low heat. After about five minutes, add remaining ingredients, and stir until cheese melts. Don't let it boil. Toss with pasta of choice.

3 T cornmeal
3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
Pinch salt
3 eggs
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 c light corn syrup
1 t vanilla extract
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, cornmeal, cocoa and salt. Add eggs, melted butter, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour into unbaked pie crust.
