24 large shrimp(I used jumbo precooked)
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley(I used dried parsley)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley(I used dried parsley)
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Arrange shrimp in an 11×7 baking dish. (I used a 9×13)
Coat shrimp with olive oil and sprinkle with parsley, minced garlic, red pepper flakes and black pepper.
Cover and bake at 300°F for 15 minutes.
