Garlic Pork Chops

4 small, thin, boneless pork chops
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
2 TBSP olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Preheat oven to 375. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and simmer for 1 minute. Sprinkle salt & pepper on the chops, add them to the pan and cook until done. Serve with egg noodles.
