150g fine granulated sugar
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp red wine vinegar

50g brown sugar, ground fine
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp unbleached all purpose
200 ml heavy cream
300 ml milk
125g dark chocolate, chopped fine
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp coconut extract
