Asian inspired shrimp marinated in a ginger garlic sauce.

1 tbsp fresh ginger (finely diced)
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp brown sugar
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar
½ lb cleaned, precooked shrimp (thawed)

Mix ginger, garlic, brown sugar, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Place shrimp in a small bowl and pour marinade over them.
Let shrimp marinate for at least 1 hour, tossing shrimp every 20 minutes.
