These Gingerbread Oatmeal Protein Pancakes combine all of your favorite holiday flavors in a delicious, high-protein breakfast treat with no added sugar. Yes, you really can stay satisfied, happy, and healthy this season!

½ cup quick-cooking oats
4 egg whites (do not use liquid egg whites in a container – use the whites from eggs that you crack open)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 packet Pure Via (stevia)
? teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon cloves
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour the mixture onto a heated skillet that has been coated with cooking spray. Cook until golden brown, 2-3 minutes on each side.
