12 large egg whites
2 cups low fat cottage cheese (I use Lactaid, lactose free)
2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp all spice
¼ tsp cardamom
optional: 1-2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
