Delicious gingerbread layered with sweetened cream, butterscotch pudding, pumpkin puree, all topped off with a healthy dose of Heath Bits! This is a fabulous make-ahead recipe for any holiday party!

1 package (14-1/2 ounces) gingerbread cake mix
1-1/4 cups water
1 egg
4 cups milk
4 packages instant butterscotch pudding
1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
1-1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 carton (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
