A fluffy cinnamon roll filled with gingerbread spices and topped with maple frosting!

For the dough:
1 package active dry yeast (about 2 1/4 teaspoons)
3/4 cup warm non-fat milk (heated to about 120 degrees, about 30-45 seconds in the microwave)
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 egg
3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
Paddle attachment & dough hook for your mixer
For the Filling:
6 tablespoons butter, softened
1 tablespoon molasses
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2 tablespoons flour
For the Frosting
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon maple extract
