1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup milk
3 small apples
Vanilla Cream Glaze:
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
3 Tablespoons heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 Tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup flour
