These gluten free rustic sweet pies are reduced fat with no refined sugar.

Pie Crust:
50g sorghum flour
25g starch (corn, potato or tapioca)
25g brown rice flour
1.5 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons coconut sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
40g butter (cold and chopped into small pieces)
1 egg
Water (if required)

Filling:
175g strawberries
Two large blackberries for contrast (optional)
1 tablespoon corn-flour
2 tablespoons agave (or honey)
Coconut sugar (for sprinkling)
