Can a person go wrong with cinnamon & sugar? I think it is near impossible actually. There is just something about these two flavors that can’t be beat, combine them with butter and flour and you know you have a winning combination.

1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoons of vanilla extract
1 cup flour

1/4 cup cinnamon

1. Combine 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 cup cinnamon to roll your churros in at the end.
