Cookie bars with butterscotch pudding baked into the mixture topped with gooey caramel and white chocolate and a crushed Crunchie Bar.

2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Dark Sugar
140g Butter
2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Egg
70g Butterscotch Pudding Mix
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
2 1/4 Cups Flour
Caramel;
1 tin Condensed Milk
50g Butter
1/4 Cup Golden Syrup
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Topping;
150g White chocolate, Melted
1/4 Cup Milk (Optional)
