Gooey Chocolate-Caramel Fantasy

Deliciously sweet, gooey and chocolate/caramel pie with a wafer crust.

200g Chocolate Wafers {the sandwiched type}, crushed finely
1/3 cup Butter, melted
1 can (397g) Caramel Condensed Milk
1/2 cup Fresh Cream, divided {whipping cream/double cream}
1 TB Corn Flour
1/2 cup Pecan Nuts, chopped
3/4 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate pieces
Pecan Nuts, to decorate {optional}
