Gooey Nutella Cookies

Nice soft chocolate cookies which only require four ingredients and are incredibly quick! They taste amazing on their own or crumbled over ice cream with some chocolate sauce.

200g Nutella or other chocolate spread
1 egg
80g white sugar
100g plain flour
Pre-heat the oven to 180C (350F or Gas Mark 4) and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Break the egg into a mug and beat it with a fork. Add all the ingredients to one bowl and mix them together until they form a soft dough. Scoop the mixture onto the lined baking tray and spread it out evenly to a thin layer. Bake in the middle of the pre-heated oven for 15-20 minutes. Leave the cookies to cool for a while then cut them into desired size. They will harden the longer they are left.
