A fudgy chocolate brownie with a gooey peanut butter layer. This brownie is the perfect base for an ice cream sundae!

Brownies
1½ cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ cup canola oil
¾ cup all-purpose flour
? cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt

Peanut Butter Layer
¼ cup smooth Peanut Butter
1-14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
¾ cup confectioners\' sugar
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional Toppings: Ice cream, peanut butter (warm in microwave), hot fudge, chopped walnuts, whipped cream
