Gorilla Bread (Monkey Bread with a Twist)

This recipe is a take on Monkey Bread. The twist on the popular dish is delicious, adding cream cheese it is delicious.

2 (12 oz) refrigerated can of biscuits-10 count (I've found that Grands works the best.)
1/2 cup of sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts--optional
