A quick & easy meal that's perfect for weeknights.

1 lb ground sirloin
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 Tablespoons oregano
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
(2) 15 oz cans of tomato sauce
