A quick & easy meal that's perfect for weeknights.

1 lb ground sirloin
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 Tablespoons oregano
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
(2) 15 oz cans of tomato sauce
1 Tablespoon minced garlic (I always use the kind you buy in olive oil)
1 small onion, diced
1 Tablespoon sour cream
1/2 pound macaroni
olive oil
