Gourmet Turkey Burgers

A superb grilled burger topped with cranberry sauce, dijon mustard and romaine lettuce.

1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
2 Tbsp horseradish
1/3 shredded cheddar cheese
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 palmful of McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning
Dijon mustard
Brownbury wheat hamburger buns
1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce
Romaine lettuce or baby spinach for topping burger
Drizzle or spray of olive oil
In a medium mixing bowl, mix together meat, horseradish, shredded cheddar, scallions, and steak seasoning. Form 4-6 patties and drizzle or spray with olive oil. Grill burgers 5-6 minutes on each side. Spread mustard on bun bottoms and top burgers with cranberry sauce and lettuce or baby spinach.
