A graham cracker flavored no bake cookie turned into a s'mores cookie sandwich by adding a layer of chocolate and marshmallow fluff in between two cookies.

COOKIES:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup milk (I used unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
1-1/2 cups white granulated sugar
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3/4 cup fine graham cracker crumbs
2-1/2 cups quick cooking oats
TOPPING:
1/4 cup fine graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup mallow bits
MIDDLE LAYER:
1 cup marshmallow fluff
4 Hershey's milk chocolate bars
