A super delicious grain-free take on classic cinnamon raisin bread. Also naturally sweetened with an easy dairy-free option.

3 cups almond flour (Bob's Red Mill)
1 1/2 cups potato starch (not potato flour)
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (Hain brand is grain-free)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/3 cups milk (or plain, unsweetened almond milk).
2 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2/3 cup raisins
3 egg whites
Cinnamon Honey Drizzle:
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon cinnamon
