1 stick butter
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1¾ cups sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
2½ cups all-purpose flour, sifted
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups zucchini, grated
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate bits, if desired
