Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies that tastes just like the ones at Grand Central Bakery

2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter at room temperature
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons real vanilla extract
2 3/4 cups rolled oats
1 package (or about 2 cups) of chocolate chips
