This is an incredibly simple recipe and works every time! Passed down through the generations in Heather's family, and always popular. Please enjoy!

3-4 ripe bananas
1/3 cup / 75 g melted butter
1 cup / 200 g sugar
1 egg beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups / 190 g all purpose flour

1. Heat oven to 350F, Gas 4, 180 C
2. Mix butter and smashed bananas together
3. Add sugar, egg and vanilla
