A S'Crumbtious choice to any light weight snack!

1 tablespoon butter
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup melted butter
3 mashed bananas
1 lightly beaten egg
¾ cup white sugar
