These soft, yummy granola bars are quick and easy to make. With endless possibilities in the ingredients you can add or subtract (nuts, fruits, etc.) to tailor to your tastes, these granola bars will quickly become a family favorite!

3 cups oats
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup honey
2 TBS butter
3 TBS coconut oil
1/2 cup agave nectar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4-1/2 cup peanut butter
2 TBS flaxmeal
1 TBS nutritional yeast (optional-a healthful additive, though)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Optional:
Sunflower seeds
Almonds, halved or chopped
Peanuts
Raisins
