An arugula salad filled with Greek flavors and a light Greek dressing

4 cups arugula or dark green lettuce mix
1 cup hothouse cucumber, sliced
1 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup reduced fat feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup onion, thinly sliced
1 red, yellow or green pepper, chopped
1/3 cup chopped seedless grapes
1 tbsp. capers
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
