This angel hair pasta recipe is made with Greek style foods; kalamata olives, sun dried tomatoes, capers and feta. What an amazing combination of flavors!

8oz angel hair pasta
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1/4 cup julienne cut sun dried tomatoes (drained of excess oil but not rinsed)
2 heaped tablespoons Kalamata olives (sliced)
1 1/2 tablespoon capers
1 teaspoon dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
2oz feta cheese (crumbled)
