Green chicken cubes

Chicken made in mint and coriander with gravy of almond and poppy seeds

Chicken cubes [500 grams ]
Small bunch of coriander and mint leaves each [chopped ]
Green chilies [7 to 8 ]
Garlic [8 to 9 ] pieces
Oil to Fry
sesame and fennel seed [1 table spoon each ]
Salt to taste
Take a pan put some oil and fry chicken keep aside Grind chopped mint and coriander with garlic green chilies and ginger Grind sesame and fennel seeds together wash chicken and marinate with green masala and powder of sesame Add salt mix and leave it for 3 hours Now try to separate green masala from chicken Keep masala aside Make paste of sesame and fennel seeds adding little milk Take another pan and fry paste in oil Add in green masala mix well Put the fried chicken in it and mix well Add some water as per required Cook for some time on slow flame for some time Take serving bowl and pour chicken in it garnish with mint leaves Serve with paratha
