Green Peppermint Holiday Bark

Peppermint is one of my favorite flavors. Partnered with white chocolate, it's a divine duo! I also love layered confections. The mix of colors and textures in this bark makes a huge statement. Another added bonus is that these are hand-held, and you can control the size depending on how large or small you cut the chunks.

1 pkg. (10-12 oz.) white baking chips (I prefer Nestle because they tend to melt the best)
12 oz. green candy coating disks
1 tsp. peppermint extract
1-2 handfuls of Hershey's Candy Cane Kisses, chopped
