Grilled Corn, Tomato, and Arugula Salad with Feta

There is nothing like a garden fresh vegetable! Summer offers a great selection of fruits and vegetables and I often find myself thinking about the different dishes to create using them!

16 ounce cherry tomato-cut in half
3 cups baby arugula
4 cups fresh grilled corn-about 4 large ears
1 pepper-sliced
1/2 large onion-sliced
3 ounce crumbled feta cheese
Dressing:
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons fresh oregano-chopped
salt and pepper to taste
