Grilled Kielbasa Skewers

These are so easy to make and most important, very easy to eat! Enjoy a simple, healthy snack with family while enjoying the weather outside

1lb kielbasa
1 large red bell pepper
1 medium onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 /2 tsp garlic salt
1. Cut the kielbasa into 1/2 inch slices 2. Cut the bell pepper and onion into large pieces 3. Mix the olive oil and garlic salt, add the bell peppers and onions and mix to cover all vegetables. 4. On a wooden skewer, add the kielbasa, bell pepper and onion. Leave 2 inches on each end of the skewer. 5. Grill on medium for 20 minutes turning four times. 6. Enjoy!!!
