Last summer when my mom was here and it was just too hot to turn the oven on we came up with these yummy gems. The dough is quick and only requires a half hour of rising, it’s the same dough I use on my Calzones. You could also use store bought dough to make it even quicker. It’s another recipe that the kids can help make too. I hope you will give them a try this summer!

Dough:
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tsp. yeast (quick rising)
3 Tbsp. oil
1 c hot water
