Turn Shish Kabob into a Grilled Shish Kabob Quinoa Bowl – it’s easy and fast. It’s also a great way to eat healthy and gluten-free.

1 lb. pork tenderloin – cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 TBS honey
2 TBS extra virgin olive oil
1 TBS hot pepper flakes
1 pint of cherry tomatoes
1 large green pepper – cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large onion – cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 fresh pineapple – cut into bite-sized pieces
1 lb. shrimp – cleaned and deveined
2-3 limes, sliced in half
Your favorite Asian or BBQ sauce (optional)
