Grilled Vegetable Sandwich and Prosciutto

1 1/2 yellow or orange pepper
2 zucchini spain multigrain italian
4 slices prosciutto
4 slices swiss cheese
1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
fresh parsley
olive oil
Step 1 : Cut the peppers into slices about 1 inch wide and chopping the zucchini slices in diagonals. Chop the parsley. STEP 2 : bake the vegetables and the parsley in a frying pan on high heat with olive oil for 5 minutes, then add the balsamic vinegar. STEP 3 Reduce the heat to medium and cover. During this time, chopping the bread into 8 slices and heat if desired in the oven a few minutes. STEP 4 : Heat the prosciutto from 30 seconds to 1 minute in the microwave, or until it becomes dry like bacon. STEP 5: On your slices of bread baked, put a slice of Swiss cheese, cooked vegetables and the prosciutto. Serve immediately.
