Ham and Potato Quiche features eggs, heavy cream, diced ham, potatoes, and onions, and of course cheddar cheese. Great for breakfast, brunch, or dinner!

1 tablespooon butter
1 potato, diced
1 cup ham, diced
1/4 cup onion, chopped

3/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teasponn salt
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400°.
