Happy Snack: Stuffed Bell Pepper

This time I want to share with you an interesting idea how to prepare a happy and bright summer snack. We all know that bell pepper, cheese and egg make a quite tasty combination but how to make it look bright and colorful on our kitchen table? Here is my ‘how’ suggestion :)

3 bell peppers
300-400g cheese
3 boiled eggs
2-3 cloves of garlic (optional)
mayonnaise (or any other sauce you think will fit)

Marinated Taro Root

A marinated snack that can be used to replace late night bad habit cravings!

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)

  1. Wash the taro roots well.
  2. Slightly cut a slit into each root, but not big enough to split the root into two pieces. This will allow the water and marinade to go into the taro root
