My tried, tested and MMM approved Beef Stew

2 pounds stew beef chunks
5 to 6 potatoes
4 carrots
1 onion
1 big can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. beef base
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1.Cut beef chunks into small bite size 2.Cut potatoes, carrots and onions into desired size 3.Add all ingredients to the slow cooker. 4.Fill with water to cover ingredients. 5.Cook on high for 6 to 8 hours.
