So, I seem to be into odd SPAM and cream cheese concoctions lately. What would go together with those two ingredients any better than pineapple of course!

8 ounces cream cheese softened
1 can (10 ounce) crushed pineapple drained well
2 teaspoons chives fresh or dried, chopped
6 onion bagels toasted

Ground SPAM in a food processor or dice into very small pieces.
Lightly brown SPAM on medium-low heat in small non-stick skillet.
