Hazelnut Maple-Glazed Cinnamon Rolls

These sweet rolls are totally bakery-worthy! They're perfectly sweet with the fun occasional crunch from the hazelnuts and a yummy maple syrup-infused glaze. Ooh la la!

Sweet Dough
1 1/4 c. scalded milk or warm water ( I use warm water )
1 Tbsp. yeast
1/3 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 egg ( beaten )
4 cups flour (I use bread flour anytime I'm using yeast); add up to 1/4 c. more flour if needed. Mine didn't.
Filling
1/3 c. butter ( softened )
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. cinnamon (I don't really measure, just sprinkle it on)
Glaze
1 c. confectioner's sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. maple syrup ( the kind you use for pancakes )
3-4 Tbsp. heavy cream
For the dough, add warm water or scalded milk to the bowl of an electric mixer. Add yeast, then sugar, salt, oil, and beaten egg. Add 2 cups of flour and mix until ingredients are mostly incorporated. ...
