Healthier Peanut Butter Balls

51

I created these delicious healthier peanut butter balls so I could still enjoy peanut butter balls without the guilt! I've made this recipe countless times and it is a family favorite.

24
1 ½ cups creamy peanut butter
1 cup crisp rice cereal, crushed
½ – 1 cup powdered sugar (depending on how sweet you want it)
¼ cup honey
¼ cup quick cooking oats (or old fashioned)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 2 tablespoons wheat germ
Optional: 8 oz chocolate bark, or any type of chocolate candy coating (chocolate chips work as well, just add 1-2 tablespoons of shortening )
Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, mix all ingredients together except for the vanilla extract. Once the peanut butter mixture is smooth mix in the vanilla extract. Line a baking sheet with wax paper....

Who doesn't love having a good Caesar salad! However, having Caesar salad in restaurants is never a healthy choice. As, it is always loaded with excess fats and calories. I have prepared an entirely healthy homemade Caesar salad in a tortilla bowl that rivals that of any restaurant.

Toss with the crisp lettuce, drizzle with the guilt-free flavorful dressing and finally top with croutons and cheese for the perfect main course!
