Healthy Banana Muffins

These scrumptious banana muffins are the real deal. You definitely can't tell that they are a lighter calorie version of regular banana bread. These muffins are less than 100 calories, so they're great for a healthy breakfast or a mid-day snack!

1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/3 cups banana, mashed and over-ripe
