An easy recipe that provides healthy grains, protein and fruit.

3 over ripe bananas
1 cup oats, pulsed in a food processor to create a textured flour
6 tbsp whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup half & half
1 cup Greek Yogurt
2 eggs
2 tbsp real maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh blueberries
