A lazy weekend morning treat for the family or a quick toaster breakfast on the go! These beautiful, healthy blueberry waffles are made with fibrous, energizing ingredients to fill your tummy and feed your soul; whatever your schedule. They are light, crispy and flavorful!

2 Cups all purpose flour
1/4 Cup flax meal
1/4Cup coconut flour
1/4 Cup sugar
2 Tablespoons baking powder
2 eggs-separated
3/4 Cup melted coconut oil
11/2 Cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 cup blueberries-fresh or frozen(defrosted and drained)
1/4 Cup flax meal
1/4Cup coconut flour
1/4 Cup sugar
2 Tablespoons baking powder
2 eggs-separated
3/4 Cup melted coconut oil
11/2 Cup milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1 cup blueberries-fresh or frozen(defrosted and drained)
Mix Dry ingredients together with a whisk.
Separate eggs. Put the egg whites into a deep bowl and set aside.
Warm the milk in the microwave for a minute or until room temp.
