Using avocado instead of butter gives these Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies a makeover, while still staying big, soft, and chewy.

1 Cup +2 tbsps Whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp Cornstarch
? tsp Salt
½ tsp Baking powder
¼ cup Mashed avocado (about ½ a small avocado)
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp White sugar
2 Tbsp Brown sugar
½ tsp Vanilla
1 Large egg and 1 yolk
¼ Cup + 2 Tbsp chocolate chips (semi sweet or milk, depending on preference)
