These super delicious Almond Joy bites are so much healthier for you than the original. They are made with minimally processed, real-food ingredients, but definitely aren't lacking in flavor!

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
12 almonds (unsalted)
2.5 ounces dark chocolate - 70% cocoa or more (melted)
